Junior Sports Therapist

Locations: Cheras and Bukit Bintang
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: From RM2,750
Performance-Based Commission: Approximately RM500–RM800, subject to individual performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client assessments and recovery planning within your professional scope.
  • Deliver sports massage, mobility and recovery services.
  • Support clinical assessment, sports massage, rehabilitation and exercise programmes.
  • Monitor client progress and communicate relevant observations to the clinical team.
  • Educate clients about recovery, mobility and injury-prevention practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
  • Participate in internal learning, case discussions and skills development.
  • Support different outlets when operationally required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Sports Medicine, Sports and Exercise Physiologist or Sports Science.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Membership with the Malaysian Association of Sports Medicine (MASM), where applicable.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • Manual-therapy skills are an advantage and applicants with these skills are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must have personal transport.
  • Willing to work on a rotational schedule across different outlets when operationally required.
  • Willing to learn, accept guidance and take initiative.
