Senior Physiotherapist

Location: Cheras and Bukit Bintang  
Employment type: Full-Time  
Monthly salary: From RM4,000, depending on experience and previous performance

The Opportunity

Lead by example while handling more complex cases, supporting junior team members and contribute to the development of our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage complex clinical cases
  • Develop appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Monitor treatment quality and clinical outcomes
  • Mentor and guide junior clinicians
  • Lead case discussions and internal learning activities
  • Support team scheduling, service improvement and operational planning
  • Assist management when clinical or operational leadership is required

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience managing multiple complex cases
  • Experience leading a clinical team and participating in management
  • Current membership with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA)
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
  • Manual-therapy skills are strongly preferred
  • Must have personal transport
  • Willing to work on a rotational schedule between the Cheras and Bukit Bintang outlets when operationally required
  • Responsible, respectful and eager to continue learning
  • Takes initiative without waiting to be instructed
  • Willing to support the team and mentor junior clinicians
  • Kind, punctual and supportive toward patients and colleagues

Career Development

  • Exposure to clinical management and outlet operations or training
  • Potential progression to Clinical Lead, Training Lead or Outlet Leadership, subject to competency, performance and business needs
